| County Church Wansbeck
County Church Wansbeck is the name of the first church we have planted in Northumberland. Named both after the river that runs through Morpeth and Stakeford to Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, and also one of the County’s former District Councils, County Church Wansbeck was launched in January 2007 and elders were appointed a few months later in April 2007. Find out more about our elders on our Meet The Leaders page.
County Church currently meets in Stakeford and serves not just Stakeford itself but also Bedlington, Morpeth, Ashington, Blyth, Cramlington and Ponteland. For details see When & Where We Meet.
